Amaryllis Knight, (born November 17, 1976) is the co-owner of Falcon Motorcycles which she started with her fiancee, the custom builder Ian Barry. She appeared on the ITV television series, "Adrenaline Junkie" and "The Mongol Rally." She currently operates Falcon Motorcycles LLC, in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, California.
