Rain Saved Pole Position for Rossi at Japan MotoGP

Heavy rain at Motegi Twin Ring circuit has canceled all qualification sessions for the race of Japan MotoGP. As a result, tomorrow's race grids were decided according to free practice positions. It means Fiat Yamaha rider, Valentino Rossi, will start from pole position, Casey Stoner in second and Jorge Lorenzo in third. It's Rossi's first time pole position at Motegi in his MotoGP career.
